25-Year-Old Rapper Rumored To Be Expecting Baby Number 13 Leaves Fans Asking The Same Question
NBA YoungBoy, who first gained fame by putting out eight mixtapes between 2015 and 2017, has built a massive following over the years.
Born Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, the rapper — who also goes by YoungBoy Never Broke Again or simply NBA YoungBoy has always been open about his personal life through his music.
He made this revelation in one of his songs, claiming that Jania — the mother of one of his kids gave him the virus.
It was a moment that showed just how raw and honest he can be in his lyrics.
This sparked major confusion online, as people began doing the math and questioning how someone could father that many kids by age 25.
But many were quick to point out a flaw in that thinking, especially since YoungBoy himself isn’t the one giving birth.
One person jumped in with a reply that said: “Hes not the one getting pregnant bro.”
Someone else kept it short and factual: “Men don’t need to wait 9 months…”
Then another user clapped back at the confusion with: “Yeah, because clearly he gave birth to all 13 himself, back-to-back, like a maternity factory. Ever heard of different women, or is biology just a rumor where you’re from?”
That question was actually answered in one of his older songs, Rebel’s Kick It. The lyrics made things pretty clear.
He said: “Had my first baby at 16, no Plan B, I had one dream.”
As reported by TMZ, Kayden’s mother is Nisha Keller. While the pair split after their son’s birth, they eventually rekindled their relationship for a time.
His second child, Taylin, was born in March 2017. He shares him with his ex-girlfriend Nia.
Interestingly, he was also raising Starr’s other son, believing him to be his own. But a DNA test later showed he wasn’t the biological father.
Then came his relationship with Jania Meshell.
He later pled guilty to a misdemeanor simple battery charge related to family violence. Though contact between them was restricted at the time, they eventually reconciled and welcomed a son named Kacey in February 2019. The couple later split again.
Not long after, Nisha reappeared in his life.
Then in January 2021, another ex, Yaya Mayweather, gave birth to his son Kentrell Jr.
In 2020, the rapper also began dating Jazlyn Mychelle. They later got married in 2023, and their first daughter was born in August 2021.
Reports also suggest that in 2023, YoungBoy fathered two more children with two different women. That officially brought his total to 12 kids—tying him with Nick Cannon’s tally.
With a possible 13th child on the way, it’s safe to say he’ll have no shortage of little ones to keep him busy for the foreseeable future.
