Greta Thunberg’s blistering response to Donald Trump after calling her ”strange”
The dispute between former President Donald Trump and Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg has been reignited following her deportation from Israel on June 10. The 22-year-old was reportedly intercepted by Israeli forces while attempting to sail toward Gaza with humanitarian aid. She asserts that she and 11 others were “kidnapped in international waters,” a claim that Israeli officials vehemently refute.
Israeli authorities have dismissed the mission as a “selfie yacht” and a “media provocation,” accusing the activists of orchestrating the event for publicity rather than providing substantial aid.
In a video recorded prior to her group’s detention, Thunberg stated, “If you see this video, we have been intercepted and kidnapped in international waters by Israeli occupational forces—or forces that support Israel.”
