“Pray for the Safety of Tom Homan and His Family”: Prayers Roll In for Tom Homan After He Announces Crushing Personal News [WATCH]

Conservatives have shown their sincere support for border czar Tom Homan following his revelation in an interview that he and his wife are currently living apart due to death threats he has received as a result of his role in the Trump Administration’s rigorous efforts to combat illegal immigration.

In an interview with New York Post journalist Miranda Devine on June 25, 2025, Homan detailed that he and his wife are living separately because of threats to his life from anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activists. Nevertheless, he noted that his wife has encouraged him to continue in his position, demonstrating her confidence in him and the significance of his work for the safety of American citizens.

During the interview, Homan shared with Devine, “My wife’s living separately from me right now,” and mentioned that their separation began “because I worked for many hours,” but he clarified that they are apart “because of the death threats against me.” He further stated, “I see her as much as I can, but the death threats against me and my family are outrageous.”

Homan also discussed the challenging choices he faced in taking on the role of border czar under the Trump Administration, explaining to Devine, “Even my wife said, ‘You know, it’s a huge pay cut,’ because I’m doing well in the private sector.” He continued, “She’s in the middle of remodeling — months of work — and all that stopped because I’m leaving the private sector to return to a government salary.”

Despite these challenges, Homan emphasized that his wife had motivated him to remain in his position. He recounted Devine’s words, “She said, ‘You need to go back or we’ll get divorced,” and added, “Because if you don’t go back, you’ll be waking up every day, upset that you didn’t go back, and I’ve got to live with four more years of you being upset, so go back and do the job.’

Moreover, Homan informed Devine that he was “not going anywhere” regardless of the challenges his job presented, stating, “I mean, I had a thousand protestors at my house in Upstate New York, my lake house.” He further remarked, “I’m not going away, because I understand the significance of securing our border,”

Following the viral spread of Homan’s interview with the New York Post, conservative influencer Paul A. Szypula urged his followers to “pray for the safety of Homan and his family,” adding, “You know how terrible leftists can be when it comes to issuing threats of violence.”

In reaction to Szypula’s message, conservatives conveyed their sincere support for the Homan family. The X user The American Irishman commented, “This man is a patriot and has sacrificed a great deal for his country. We owe him a debt of gratitude.” Another user added, “Homan is a true American hero. Many thanks to him and his family for the sacrifices they are making to ensure our safety.”
